- Outbound standard shipping from our store is FREE on all orders. Please provide a safe and secure delivery address for your order. Complete Birkenstock is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have a confirmed delivery from the carrier.
- We will ship your package via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and designated carrier.
- Once a package has left our store and is in transit to the destination, any arrangements for delivery must be made with the carrier.
- Some packages will require a signature for delivery. While this can be inconvenient, it is the safest way for us to make sure you receive your order as expected.

- Orders ship on all weekdays and some Saturdays - depending on the carrier (holidays excluded).
- You will typically receive your order in 3-7 business days from the date you placed the order. If you would like more specific shipping times, please contact our store directly. During the holiday season, arrival times may be delayed.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returns or exchanges. A return/exchange instruction form will be included with your order.
RETURNS / RETURN SHIPPING:
Please Note : We are not able to accept returns of items purchased on the corporate website (www.birkenstock.com).
- We can only accept returns of items purchased in our retail store or on our store's website (www.completebirkenstock.com).
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges that are sent back to our store.
- We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as the item was purchased from our store and is in new/unworn condition with the original box/packaging. Within this time frame, simply return the item to us for an exchange or refund (to your original method of payment).
- All items must be sent back in a separate shipping box. Please do not adhere shipping labels or packing tape directly to the shoe box.
- Please include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation with your return. If you do not have one of these, please enclose a note with your name, phone number and address and let us know what you would like us to do with your return.
- If you send back a package without paying the shipping cost, $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
