Please Note : We are not able to accept returns of items purchased on the corporate website (birkenstock.com).
- We can only accept returns of items purchased in our retail store or on our store's website (completebirkenstock.com).
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges which are sent back to our store.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery/pickup. All returns must be purchased from our store and in new/unworn condition with the original box. Before this deadline, simply return the item to us for an exchange or refund (to your original method of payment).
- All items must be sent back in a separate shipping box. Please do not adhere shipping labels or packing tape directly to the shoe box.
- Please include a copy of the original receipt or the order confirmation with your return. If you do not have one of these, please enclose a note with your name, phone number and address and let us know what you would like us to do with your return.
- If you send back a package without paying the shipping cost, $20.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
