- Outbound shipping from our store is FREE on all orders.
- We will choose to ship your package via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the designated carrier.
- Some packages will require a signature for delivery. While this can be inconvenient, it is the safest way for us to make sure you receive your order as expected.

- Orders ship on all weekdays and some Saturdays - depending on the carrier (excluding holidays).
- You will typically receive your order in 3-10 business days from the date you placed the order, depending on inventory. If you would like more specific shipping times, please contact our store directly.
- Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order has left our facility.
- Once a package has left our store, any arrangements for delivery must be made with the carrier directly.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returns or exchanges. A return/exchange instruction form will be included with your order.
Please Note : We only accept returns and exchanges of items purchased from our store or on our store website (completebirkenstock.com).
- We are NOT able to accept returns of items purchased on the corporate Birkenstock.com website.
RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING:
Please Note : Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges that are sent back to our store.
- We only accept returns of items purchased in our retail store or on our store website (www.completebirkenstock.com).
- We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as the item was purchased from our store and is in new/unworn condition with the original box/packaging. Within this time frame, simply return the item to us for an exchange or refund (to your original method of payment).
- All items must be sent back in a separate shipping box. Please do not adhere shipping labels or packing tape directly to the shoebox.
- Please include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation with your return. If you do not have one of these, please enclose a note with your name and address and let us know what you would like us to do with your return.
- If a customer sends back a package without paying the shipping cost, $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
