First introduced in 1983, the iconic Birkenstock thong sandal, the Gizeh, is celebrating 40 years! Perfectly designed and classically styled. Most women love this sandal because it offers classic Birkenstock arch support with a touch of elegant simplicity.  The toe piece is made of flexible resin, anatomically designed to fit comfortably between the toes and the strap has a buckle for a secure fit over your instep. This version features the new and improved platform sole. Slightly more stiff than a traditional Gizeh sandal.
